These Reservation Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all reservations made through the website, platform, or services provided by Beslock (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By making a reservation through our website, you (“the Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

  1. All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of reservation and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  2. Full payment or deposit (when applicable) must be made according to the payment instructions provided during the reservation process.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1. General Rule

The Client may cancel their reservation at any time by contacting us directly or by using the cancellation tools available on the website.

5.2. 14-Day Refund Limit

No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. This applies to all types of reservations without exception.

5.3. Cancellations Made Before the 14-Day Limit

Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specific reservation offer selected by the Client at the time of booking. Any applicable processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the Client fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior written cancellation, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

5.5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside these conditions may only be granted at Beslock’s sole discretion in documented exceptional circumstances.

Beslock shall not be held responsible for any personal belongings lost, forgotten, or left behind by the Client within the accommodation. The safekeeping of all personal items remains the sole responsibility of the Client, and no compensation or liability may be claimed from Beslock for such incidents.

Beslock is not responsible for failures or delays in fulfilling its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, governmental regulations, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, or acts of third parties.

The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. The Client has the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal information.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Beslock is legally registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
